Alameda Girls Youth Flag Football

United Sports of America offers 49ers FLAG girls flag football in Alameda for middle school and high school players. The program is designed to give girls an organized environment to learn, develop, compete, and grow through flag football.

Serving families throughout Alameda and nearby East Bay communities, the league provides opportunities for both developing and experienced players.

Our program focuses on football fundamentals, skill development, teamwork, competition, and creating more opportunities for girls to play flag football.

Program Highlights

• Middle school division

• NFL FLAG 5 vs. 5 gameplay

• No experience required

• Playoffs and championship games

• Official NFL FLAG uniform and equipment included

• Volunteer coaching opportunities available

Middle School and High School, All-Girls Division

Practice days and times may vary by coach. Games are played on Friday evenings.
